Adult Ministries

There are many ways to become an integral part of the ministries of Salem, through our Bible studies, men and women's groups, Sunday school classes, and others.

Bible Courses/Study:

Small Group Bible Study- We offer short-term Bible courses periodically during the year.  The studies will vary and may run from 4 to 14 weeks.  Our monthly newsletter and bulletins will keep you posted on upcoming courses, times, etc.

Disciple Bible Study- Each fall, this series begins and lasts 32-34 weeks.  For more information on these studies, contact the Pastor.

Young with the Restless- Parents of young children meet each Wednesday evening to study the Bible, share their concerns, and support one another as they strive to raise their children in a Christian based environment.  For more information, contact Ellen Caldwell at 704-483-7357.

Sunday School:

On Sunday mornings, we have four Adult Sunday School classes that meet at 10:00 am.  For those that attend the Contemporary Service, there is an 11:00 am class in the Meeting Room.

 Sports and Fitness

Fitness*Faith*Fellowship

Exercise classes are held in the Christian Life Center every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30 PM.  Please come and join us for this popular exercise class!!  Remember, it's not too late to "weight down for summer"!

Sports Teams
Softball- Salem is having two softball teams this year, a men's team and a Co-ed team.  The men's team will play from April-june and the Co-ed team will play from June to August.  Anyone who is interested in playing on either, please contact Jeremy Nixon at 704-619-3748 for more information!  You may play on both teams!
